Charlotte is a young girl with long, wavy, blonde hair which fades to light magenta at the ends, and blue eyes. She also has a stray ahoge sticking out from the top of her head. In the series, she is primarily seen wearing her academy school uniform. She is noted to be cute and extremely adorable.

Charlotte is a kind girl, good with people and has a cute personality when talking to people. She naturally creates a very nourishing atmosphere wherever she goes. Even with her little understanding of shogi, she still remains beside with Ai and company.
